Yesterday we flew to Baltimore for Lexi's 1 month post-op appointment. It was Lexi's first trip on an airplane, and she did very well! When the plane took off, Lexi said "woo hoo! we're going fast!"
Lexi's appointment with Dr. Standard went very well. She has gained 3cm total length in her leg, which converts into just over 1 inch!!! The straightening of her tibia is also progressing well, and Dr. Standard was amazed at how clean Lexi's leg/pin sites are (one of the cleanest he's ever seen).

If you look closely at the x-ray picture, I marked the gap in her leg with arrows to show her growth.

What-up lady! Congrats on the leg; Uncle Matt and I are so proud of you and we're exited to see you in a week or two! Make sure to watch out for Tinker Bell when you look out the window of the Airplane; she flys way above the clouds to get to Neverland! You've been such a good girl lady that maybe she'll pay you a visit! We love you misses; please give Mommy, Daddy, Piglet, Pooh Bear and Tigger a big hug and kiss for us.
